Bodywork, Shiatsu & massage in Athens

Individual BodyRevisit sessions bring attentive touch, Shiatsu, massage, movement, breath and listening into one adaptable practice. You do not need to know the right modality before you come. Each session responds to what you bring that day, with consent and at a pace we find together.

01 — The approach

One practice. Different doors.

A BodyRevisit session does not begin with a formula or a treatment menu. We begin with a conversation and notice what is present: where you feel support or effort, how your breath is moving, and whether you would like more stillness, movement or direct hands-on work. From there, pressure, massage, small movements, breath and pauses may meet.

Shiatsu, massage, Thai Yoga Massage and Reiki are not four unrelated services here. They are different ways into the same attentive practice. You may arrive knowing what you want, or we can decide together.

Nervous-system awareness informs how we work: we notice breath, effort and responses, and adjust the pace together.

02 — Session formats

Choose a starting point, not a fixed route.

Individual BodyRevisit session

75 minutes

A session with time to arrive, talk and allow more than one pathway to meet. Attentive touch, Shiatsu, massage, movement and breath may come together according to what you bring that day.

Focused session

60 minutes

For when you already know the form you would like—such as Shiatsu, massage or Reiki—or want to stay mainly with one area or question. Attention, consent and the pace we find together remain at the centre.

Target Reset · 30 minutes · €35

For a clearly defined area or a short follow-up: neck and shoulders, back, legs or feet.

03 — Different doors

Recognisable methods, one quality of attention.

These short descriptions can help you recognise a possible starting point. They are not a menu of separate treatments. A session may remain within one form or carefully bring more than one together.

01

Shiatsu

Shiatsu uses sustained, attentive pressure and holds, usually through comfortable clothing. The rhythm can be quiet or more active and is adjusted as the session unfolds.

02

Massage & deeper hands-on work

Massage may be gentle, flowing or more direct, and can focus on areas carrying effort or tension. Deeper work does not mean forcing the body. We agree the pressure together, and it can change at any time.

03

Thai Yoga Massage

A session may also draw on Thai Yoga Massage: work in comfortable clothing, with attentive touch, rhythmic pressure, supported movement and stretches adapted to your pace and comfort.

04

Reiki

Reiki can offer a quieter pathway within a session, with stillness and light, respectful contact. As with every BodyRevisit session, your comfort, consent and experience guide the way we proceed.

04 — Your first session

Nothing to achieve. Nothing to prove.

We begin with a conversation. You can arrive with a clear request, a familiar modality or simply a sense that your body is asking for a different kind of attention. Together, we agree the pace, the form of touch and the direction of the session.

Shiatsu, Thai Yoga Massage and Reiki are usually offered in comfortable clothing. Massage can involve direct contact with the skin; only the area being worked with is uncovered, and we agree this beforehand. You can ask to change the touch or pressure, pause or stop at any time.

BodyRevisit does not replace medical, physiotherapy or psychotherapy care and does not promise therapeutic outcomes.

“From the very first session, I felt incredibly comfortable and safe with her.”

A first conversation

You do not need to know which method to choose.

Tell me a little about what brings you to BodyRevisit, what kind of touch feels familiar, and when you are looking for a session in Athens. Together, we can decide whether an individual BodyRevisit session or a more focused starting point fits.
